Domain names are a hard thing to get in this day and age and we wanted a name which described our products. When we incorporated our company the one thing we wanted to stress was that our products are all BRAND NEW. This need has come from many, many years of selling online and knowing that the first question people ask is if it is new. The answer is of course YES. Where do we source our products? We attend several industry events each year to source new suppliers. We also subscribe to the major industry magazines to be able to stay on top of what is hot and new. We also are members of SEMA, the Specialty Equipment Market Association, LTAA, the Light Truck Accessory Alliance,and PRO, the Professional Restylers Organization. These associations provide us with news, resources and networking to the vast automotive industry. Our products all ship direct from the manufacturer or major distributor for the product. Each and every product is supplied with full VALID warranties and the support of the manufacturer. We are proud to be the largest or at least one of the largest online retailers for most of the product lines we carry. Our large volumes afford us better service and better pricing for you. How long have we been in business? Our parent company is BRAND NEW US LTD and the company was incorporated in Delaware in March 2005. Our retail experiences go back over 30 years. Rob Farrell our owner, founder and do-it-all guy has worked in retail all of his working life. Starting out as the gofer at a local camera store Rob worked his way up the ladder to hold almost every possible position in the company. Several years were spent owning franchise locations, with several more years in marketing and merchandising at the corporate level. Rob also was primarily responsible for building the company's online presence on eBay and the web. After almost 30 years with the company it was time to move on and BRAND NEW US LTD was born. What is your Shipping Policy?
All of our products are shipped factory direct and as a result we use many different shipping companies and processing/delivery time will vary.International buyers are responsible for any import costs or taxes. Agri Cover Tonneau Covers and Wolf Custom Car Covers include import costs in the shipping charge when shipped to Canada. Please email us with any questions.
